Terms of service

Last updated 20 September 2026

Draft, not yet reviewed by legal counsel. This document describes how the service currently operates and is provided for transparency. It has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and should not be relied on as a binding agreement. If you need contractual terms before purchasing, email us and we will put proper terms in place.

Who provides the service

SaviQora is provided by Madhusudan Kallur Purushothaman. Contact: contact@saviqora.com.

What the service is

SaviQora is a test management and test automation platform for SAP SuccessFactors. It is an independent product. It is not an SAP product, and it is not certified by, endorsed by, or affiliated with SAP SE.

Your account and your data

You retain ownership of the content you put into SaviQora: requirements, test cases, results, defects and evidence. We store and process it in order to provide the service to you.

Your organization’s data is isolated from every other organization on the platform. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.

Trials, plans and payment

A free trial runs for the period stated when you sign up and requires no payment details. Plan limits are enforced during the trial as they are on a paid plan.

Online card payment is not currently available. Paid subscriptions are arranged directly by email. When online payment is introduced, these terms will be updated and you will be told before anything is charged.

Cancellation and retention

You may cancel at any time. Cancelling does not delete your data immediately: it starts a retention period during which you can still sign in, export your data, or reactivate. The current retention period is 30 days.

Acceptable use

Do not use SaviQora to attack systems you are not authorised to test. Automation must only be run against environments your organization is authorised to test, and never against a production system without that authorisation.

Do not upload real employee personal data into demonstration or trial environments where it is not required.

Availability

No service level agreement is offered at present, because service availability has not been measured over a meaningful period. We will not commit to a figure we cannot evidence.

Intellectual property

SaviQora, including its source code, interface and documentation, is the property of Madhusudan Kallur Purushothaman. Your use of the service does not transfer any ownership in it to you.

SAP and SAP SuccessFactors are trademarks of SAP SE. SaviQora references them only to describe what it tests, and does not redistribute SAP documentation.

Changes to these terms

These terms will change, not least when they are reviewed by counsel. Material changes will be communicated to organization owners before they take effect.
