Features

Everything a SuccessFactors test programme needs

Requirements through to release sign-off, with the SAP-specific structure that generic test tools leave you to build yourself.

Test management

Requirements with versions

Capture requirements, version them, and link them to the tests that cover them. Traceability is derived from those links rather than maintained in a spreadsheet alongside.

Test repository

Suites, cases, versioned steps and reusable components. A case that has been executed keeps its history: editing it creates a new version rather than rewriting the past.

Plans and cycles

Build a plan, assign it, and run it as a cycle. Progress is per module and per assignee, so a stalled stream is visible before the go-live meeting.

Execution that cannot be fudged

Testers record each step. The overall result is computed from those steps, so a mandatory step that is failed, blocked or unexecuted makes a pass impossible.

Defects with a real workflow

Configurable states and transitions, comments, history, and links back to the execution and step that produced the defect. The history table cannot be edited or deleted by the application.

Reporting and traceability

Coverage by module, requirement traceability, defect ageing and release readiness, with every number derived from the records rather than entered by hand.

Standard Pack

A ready-made SuccessFactors scenario library

SaviQora proposes test scenarios for each SuccessFactors module, built on 22+ years of implementation experience, ready to adopt into your project.

Honest about assumptions

Every scenario separates what is confirmed from what was assumed, so a reviewer knows which is which.

Unverified until reviewed

Scenarios arrive as extracted drafts. Nothing is presented as an approved standard asset until a consultant reviews and approves it.

Adopt in one click

Clone a scenario into your project as your own test case, then edit it, execute it and raise defects against it.

Automation

Codeless automation a consultant can build

Automated tests are built from a catalogue of actions, reusable business components and a shared object repository, not from scripts.

Model-based, not script-based

A workflow is a saved model that the engine interprets. There is no generated script to maintain, and no way for a workflow to execute arbitrary JavaScript or a shell command.

A shared object repository

Element identification lives in one place. When a screen changes you repair the object once, not in every test that touched it.

Failures that name the cause

Each failure is classified as an application defect, a locator problem, a data problem, an authentication failure, an environment failure or a timeout. An infrastructure problem is never filed as a defect against your tenant.

Writes are deliberate

Actions that change data are never retried automatically, and are refused entirely unless the execution profile permits writes. A flaky step cannot create a duplicate record.

Evidence by default

Screenshots, page state and console output are captured and stored against the run, served only to the organization that owns them.

API testing included

Build and validate API requests alongside browser steps, with response assertions and value extraction between steps.

Straight about maturity: automation runs against the environments you authorise, and each component carries its own validation state. Nothing claims to be proven against your tenant until it has actually run there.
